Here's an early pass on the part in the beach chapter right after he emerges from the water and right before Brick's fighter jet shows up. My beta suggested killing it as it was pretty much just an excuse for me to write Blossom and Brick sniping at each other some more and even she was getting sick of it. As always, she was right – I'm much happier with the version that wound up making it into the chapter.
