Fuck me if I have to do this

Reading over what exists of ch10a so far, I seem to be heading very reluctantly towards an inevitable conclusion.

Sigh. Let's see... that involves cutting about seven pages, re-working a mini-thread (which makes it roughly another three, then again, I may have to cut it out entirely), and then trying to piece the remaining hodgepodge together somehow.

... I'm going to go bake some cookies and come back to this.
