MOAR MEME

No TEF for tonight. Only meme.

100 Questions: 1-10
100 Questions: 11-20

100 Questions Meme: 21-30

21. Who gets jealous more often? Butch, because Buttercup tends to be either oblivious or in denial when it comes to the possibility that she could be seen as desirable by the opposite sex.
22. And how about the other person? Would they try to explain? or would they pretend not to have noticed? Buttercup? She'd just dismiss it if Butch brought it up, because she doesn't think highly enough of herself to consider anything about her sexy or attractive.
23. How do they settle a fight? Um...
24. Who gets angry more often? Ooh, tough. Probably... wait, no, it depends. Buttercup would be more explosive and just get mad whenever, while Butch would be so out of touch with his emotions that they'd simmer and stew until he finally blew up.
25. What is usually the reason? They're not entirely aware of it, but it usually has something to do with not thinking the other one cares about them one whit.
26. What do they think about the personality flaws of their partner? What do they want them to change? This is complicated. They don't consider the other perfect nor relationship-worthy by any means, so the personality flaws serve to be an excuse for having an almost strictly sexual relationship devoid of any attachment. Because attachment just brings too much emotion into it and neither of them is good at dealing with their feelings in the first place. Like, Butch is so imperfect that Buttercup can avoid dealing with the possibility of really falling in love with him and making it messy, and vice versa. If one of them were to change, that would fuck this whole balance up. E.g., if Butch became less imperfect, Buttercup would back off, because then she'd feel too close to falling in love with him. What's really going on is low self-esteem: she doesn't want to be with someone she thinks she doesn't deserve. If Butch became even more imperfect, there'd be a lot more anger and violence and even the sexual side of the relationship wouldn't last. That would get really, really fucked up. (The same goes for Butch.)
27. What do they like about each other the most? Not only the fact that they are flawed, but that they are so similarly wired that even their flaws resemble each other's.
28. In what situation would they think they are hopelessly in love with each other? It would go this way: huge fight. I mean, HUGE fight. Involves violence and destruction of things. (They like to really act out the drama in their relationship physically.) A long period of time where they basically never see each other, ever, meanwhile ignoring the fact that they're feeling more and more miserable with each passing day. Then it can go either of two ways: they never see each other again, and only acknowledge that they're hopelessly in love with each other after several more imperfect relationships that always fall short (usually during or right after sex with someone else). Or they bite the bullet, try to start up a relationship again very tentatively, and are so relieved at the first moment of sexual release that they finally admit it to themselves then.
29. How do the others look at them as a couple? They would keep their "relationship" a secret. If anyone knew, though, they'd think they were both fucking crazy.
30. And how do they react to the public eyes? Despite their desire to keep it to themselves, they'd pretty much just ignore public/family opinion if it came up.

Thoughts?

Re: deals, GWAH, see my most recent update for more info. Though please don't let me hinder you from putting out awesome Inhibition smut, the first chapter of which I just re-read last night :D

I realized after the first few questions that the "angry sex" thing was pretty much the only answer I have for this entire meme. How I'm managing to BS my way through the rest of it is nothing short of a miracle. (Warning: don't listen to me.)

Um. I'm filling this out, too, and that's pretty much how I feel. "angry sex" to a T.
