I LIVE!!! AND I BRING A MEME!!! *DODGES THINGS*
So I'm totally super lame. (But I'm writing!) Please for no to hate.

I don't really have fic, but I do have a meme I ganked fromlillithium. It was actually "written" for the hp fandom, but I got all antsy and decided I'd like to do one too XD for the greens, of course...
For the record, this thing is an epic 100 question-long meme. Here I present to you the first 10. I might try to do 10 per day for the next 10 days, while skipping/powerpuffing the hp specific questions as necessary. If you ever wanted to hear my reasoning for shipping buttercup & butch, maybe this meme will give you an idea...

1. Greetings! What's your name? Most of you know by now :)
2. Please name the pairing you choose (A/B). Buttercup/Butch.
3. What gets you interested towards the pair? Animosity always presents a dramatic, interesting foundation for a relationship, as overused as it is. It's also fun to write! As for why the RrB and not any other villains, I'll be honest and say that I was a lame, predictable teenager when I first started shipping them. It really didn't occur to me that I could ship the girls with anyone else besides their evil counterparts until a few years later (and even then I was like "But why would I want to...?").
4. How long have you been shipping the ship? Since I first saw the ep "The Rowdyruff Boys." I could be super creepy and dig up the exact air date, but that might be difficult since I didn't see its first airing. I can tell you that it was about a week or two after it premiered :B (NERD). I guess that adds up to... holy crap, about 9 years O_o
5. When did you first discover the pair? Discover? I suppose that was when I jumped on the internet and found my way to a Blossom fanpage (I can't remember the girl's screenname, how sad) that wrote what I think was the first PpG/RrB shipfic, focusing on Blossom and Brick. It kinda spiraled out from there. My mad hunt for good Greens fic didn't lead me to any specific writer, per se.
6. How do you think they feel about each other? They pretty much hate each other. Too much to recognize the traits that make them alike.
7. What did they talk to each other about when they first met? How much they wanted to kick the shit out of the other one? Only instead of using their words they used their fists and enormously heavy objects to say so.
8. Who fell in love first? For whatever reason with me it's always Butch, Butch, Butch.
9. When did they start to notice each other? In what situation? Has to be during/right after puberty as some killer fight is winding down. Buttercup's breasts are like some weird, hypnotic wake up call for him.
10. How did they confess their feelings towards each other? They don't, or can't. Not until some major fuckery over the span of years and years, during which there's a lot of angst and sex and general idiocy, and even after all that what qualifies as a confession is really only a guarded acceptance of the other's presence in their lives.
My major project right now is that new epic I've been plugging away at. It's pretty stupidly ambitious of me; I don't even have 1/4 of it written yet and it's already at 56 pages at Verdana 8 pt font... I realize I should probably be focusing on the end of bks instead, but... um... *RUNS AWAY*
Thoughts about the meme? Responses? Arguments for or against certain answers? I'm quite curious :)

weirdly enough, I'm also reading lillithium's meme right now, since h/d is sort of my current obessesion, one which distracts from life and is pretty hindering since I have exams coming up...
the greens are beautiful, and sort of my favorite. the reds can often be too...intellectually angry (if that makes sense), and the blues are way too much cute.

That fic plunged me into the H/D fandom for all eternity. It's so, so heartbreakingly good.
BUT BACK TO THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED POWERPUFFERY. I do adore the Greens and the Reds, and am curious about the intellectual anger of the Reds you mention! The Blues are a little too freaking sickly adorable, I'll have to agree, and their dynamic doesn't interest me as much from a writing standpoint as the other two. But anyway.
