I haven't gotten around to replying to comments on TEF ch5, but I wanted to say thanks to everybody for their excessively kind words so far! You guys make me smile all big and stuff.

xxlonelyxgrlxx caught something that totally flew under my radar and my betas'! Lynne is supposed to be the lead girl in the zombie musical, not Romero's sister! GACK. UM, BIG GIANT OOPS FROM ME, GUYS. But xxlonelyxgrlxx rocks hardcore for catching that! COOKIES FOR YOU, FOREVER ♥ ETA: Since it isn't a huge plot point and doesn't play any significance moving forward, please accept my apologies for the oversight; I will go back and change the name of the lead female sometime soon! ILU GUYS.

So I really ought to be doing chores right now instead but yeah, w/e, fuck that noise. For those of you who didn't know, posting/work on TEF has been wacky on my end due to various rl things like moving and lots of busy-ness at work (like leaving the office after 2a kind of busy back over the summer; man did that suck), but after months of getting all my ducks in a row I've finally gotten myself back to a place where I can start working my ass off again. WOOT.
Posting is still going to be pretty erratic I think; safe to say I've given up on making up the "MAKE A POST A DAY FOR A MONTH" resolution I made back in August (HA SELF YOU IDIOT) and will just post when I can, because I'm certainly not hurting for material. That includes questions from you guys and TFR posts and the occasional fic and once in a blue moon even a TEF CHAPTER, plus there's also all the general dickery you guys get to put up with from me on a regular basis, so, you know, cheers to all of you ♥
Me and Beta Team Awesome are working on ch6 and ch6a right now and it feels sooooo good. I'm trying to write ch10a in the meantime which is proving pretty difficult after months of being away from it. I'm kinda getting back into the flow of it. I think. Maybe. I need to get inspiration for where I'm going from somewhere. It is October; some good horror ought to do the trick (THIS ISN'T FORESHADOWING, OR IS IT, IDK I JUST LIKE TO FUCK AROUND A LOT AND SCARE THE JACK SHIT OUT OF MYSELF).
