Wise words.

Before I get back to playing catchup (which may still be a bit of a ways off, as it is a game I am currently playing on multiple courts), I just wanted to share some words (from [livejournal.com profile] hackthis).

1. Being on the internet is not an excuse to be a dick. If you wouldn't say it to somebody's face, hiding behind your keyboard is just shitty and 2. Have some goddamn manners. They're free. Sadly I can't make people behave, although Zeus knows I wish I could. 3) This is supposed to be *fun*. If you are not having fun, take a break and if you are spoiling somebody else's fun: fucking cut it out.

Idk, but if you feel so, then let it be so!

*Blink* But...I wasn't being... :(

Becky, you seem to think that every time I make some sort of admonishing post that it is somehow being directed at you. Why is that?

Or am I totally off the mark and was your comment supposed to be a joke...?

*LOL* A bit of both. Your post always them to be when I post about something and well..I have very low self esteem :(

As far as I can tell, you've only been posting about your schoolwork lately. (Granted, I haven't been online much the past few weeks.) Even if there was an entry of yours I missed, this was purely coincidental.

If I agreed any harder my now-crushed cracker would be dust. Seriously, my fist clenched involuntary in a 'YES ADSFDSFGV' and now I'm decorated in salt. Yum.

Honestly, I'm kinder online than off. Most people take the security of anonymity(is that a word?) as some sort of shield, they're MORE vulnerable and honest online. Just because they're a stranger doesn't mean I can stomp on that vulnerability. But apparently, only me and like, .05% of the internet act like this.

LOL

And I agree with you there.
