Three steps, fight an honest fight

Quick song things that I'd been meaning to post for awhile.

1) I Can't Decide by The Scissor Sisters. I get Butch and Him vibes from this one. At first I heard a lot of mental unstability, which made me think "Oh, totally Butch's song," but then on repeated listenings I heard more playfulness - much more - which made me go, "Oh damn, what was I thinking, this is totally Him's walking music!" (In the end I think it could go either way; it all depends on how you read it.)

2) In This Life by Delta Goodrem. First heard this on an anime radio station (remember, anime songs are a guilty pleasure of mine), so I was pretty shocked to hear English coming out of my speakers. Pretty generic pop, but I can't seem to stop queueing it up. And now I've decided I hear this as a love song from the Girls to the Professor, and of course now I love it; it's so sweet when I think of it that way.

Scissor Sisters are like, my most favorite band ever. Next to Offspring. "I Can't Decide" is also one of my top ten favorite songs of all time.

And yes, I totally get a Him vibe... Win.

Omg, I love your taste in music, I don't think I've come across anything that you put on your blog that I DIDN'T like.

Especially the Scissor Sisters, I've never even heard of them until now...wow, they are FUN!!! And I can totally see how it could be Him's song, I can see him jogging with his leg warmers to this music. (Did you know leg warmers are in now? Wow. I mean, just...wow)
