Back to our regularly scheduled meme'ing! Days 9, 10, and 11 to catch up! Damn, am I ever behind. Cut to save your flist from the incredible awesomeness you are about to witness.

Day 09 → A photo you took
For my last birthday I decided I was going to bake cupcakes! Regular cupcakes, mostly. EXCEPT. One was going to be SPECIAL. Because I had purchased special cupcake cups from a party store waaaay back when, and then re-discovered the dusty box I'd packed them in, and said OMG! MUST USE!
Why? Because they have the Girls on them, of course.
Believe it or not that is just how my camera takes pictures - with rainbow gradients and lens flares. No lie.
Day 10 → A photo of you taken over ten years ago
Dudes I had the most RIDICULOUS time finding an old enough picture of me. But I did. And since, of course, this meme has to tie in to either writing or the Girls somehow, here you can see one of the first shirts I ever amassed for my illustrious collection of Powerpuff paraphernalia.
The shirt's been through hell and a purple dye job in my efforts to keep it wearable; it finally gave up the ghost BUT now has the impressive distinction of serving as my cheap-o standing mixer cover. WHEN I LEARN TO SEW IT WILL BE THE BEST DAMN STANDING MIXER COVER YOU HAVE EVER SEEN.

I have a shitload more ppg shirts, all of which are AWESOME by virtue of being ppg-related, but instead of featuring one of those I decided to go with a pic featuring L. F**st's gG*rl Venus! These were limited edition chibi dolls she did and I was lucky enough to snag one because I am a Huge Fucking Nerd and like to do this kind of shit. (LF is McCr*cken's wife, btw, so this does indirectly tie in to the PpG! I highly suggest checking out her stuff b/c she is awesome and has EXCELLENT design sensibility and is a fantabulous feminist to boot. (Also super nice!))
Digression aside, okay this is me now.

I totally failed at reading books for the last two months, but that doesn't mean I don't have titles to throw at you! MOAR MEME'ING FORTHCOMING.

Oh, and dude--I love Galaxy Girls, every year at ComicCOn, I stop by and take a few pics of the Galaxy Girls booth, and buy a shirt from Laura Faust. She's the one who convinced Craig McC to hug me >.< I luv her and the GG's so much~!
Obviously, Jupiter is my favorite Galaxy girl!!!

I didn't ever see PpG gummies D8 Oh, the missed opportunity! I did manage to get PpG mint chocolate chip ice cream (and seriously contemplated saving the gallon container it came in) as well as PpG Oreo knockoffs with sprinkles in the cream. I also have an expired bottle of chewable PpG vitamins in my medicine cabinet at home that taste disgusting but I can't bring myself to throw them away yet. I am a sad, sad person.
AND I TOTALLY WOULD'VE BOUGHT RIDICULOUS LUCKY CAPTAIN RABBIT KING NUGGETS, OMG.
LF is such an amazing and sweet woman! I really hope the MWGG dolls take off; I'd love to see more of that line from her - I was SO CLOSE to digging up those hundreds of dollars for a hand-sewn GG rag doll. Milky Way and Uranus are my personal faves :B And YAY hugs!
