1. Jamie All Over by Mayday Parade-frostnapples first introduced me to Mayday Parade with her TEF Zombie!Musical playlist. The album's really grown on me; consider this encouragement for everybody to check Mayday Parade out.
2. JOINT by Mami Kawada - I fell in love with JOINT; it became one of those J-pop/rock/whatev songs I ascribed early on to a very particular scene in TEF. Opening of ch9, to be exact. The song rocks, but this PV (and the anime it comes from) is ridiculously boring.
3. Je Cherche un Homme by the fabulous Eartha Kitt - I love French and I love Eartha Kitt's voice - such personality! Just like her. ♥
4. Jump (For My Love) by Girls Aloud - Sooo much fun. I like the original version by The Pointer Sisters as well, but I really dig the production on the Girls Aloud version. Another one of those songs where I want to see, like, all the villains of Townsville jamming and dancing. Also another one where the music video is just bland and looks dumb as rocks instead of fun.
5. Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield - YOU HEARD ME, I FUCKING LOVE THIS SONG. PERFECT CAR MUSIC, WINDOWS ROLLED DOWN, AWKWARD DRIVER DANCING, THE WHOLE SHEBANG. ALSO THE MUSIC VIDEO IS AMAZING.BOOMER LOVES IT TOO AND SINGS IT ALL THE TIME WHILE NON-IRONICALLY CHANNELING RICK SPRINGFIELD IN THIS VID, YOU KNOW IT
