Myself, I fired one off to the lovely mathkid for beta this weekend :D

(Speaking of betas, cagalli_chan, you better be okay D: I scrolled through about eleventy billion photos of Ike's impact on Texas and was dumstruck. So dumstruck I forgot the 'b,' both times.)

So in addition to side!fic, I got some bigass work done on TEF. Um, that is deceiving. It was not bigass work. But it was work. Aaaaand was a v. significant part of the story. SO SIGNIFICANT. Um, sort of.

... 8D!

Seriously, it was a wonderful surprise for me to get as much work done on TEF as I did, since I started on side!fic Thursday and then felt exhausted and resigned myself to the idea of not working on TEF at all. AND THEN IT HAPPENED. So this should make up for my atrocious progress last week.

*laughs* I'm okay. It's just that with everything going before, during, and after that I forgot to update my lj about that. But it's nice to know you were concerned. ♥

To be completely honest we should have stayed considering the hurricane went much more north than we thought. My parents, brother, and I talked about just staying but then the mandatory evacuation order came out Thursday so we left for two days and came back on Saturday.

But yeah finally catching up with everything and got a handle on things again. And ahaha apparently I have some reading to catch up on. You're my source of updates on anything PPG these days. xD;

On a more...personal note (?) I broke my phone awhile back and lost my contacts ( didn't have them on the SIM card :/ ) since I couldn't recover them. Was wondering if you were willing to text me your cell # since I think you still have mine. I know you mentioned you don't have much in terms of a 'cell plan' so if you can't go ahead and email me or screen a comment I would appreciate it. :D
